This is a GRAB & GO SHOW, Cash and Carry, Venmo or Paypal for those artists who have it.

Eligibility: Open to all artists18 years and above. Please crop photos so that only the artwork is visible (no frames). High resolution JPEGs only, please. (Most camera files are JPEG. ) Title each JPEG file to correspond to image # on the entry form using the following format: yourlastname. image#. jpg. If you cannot submit electronically, call or text 618-975-0243 to make other arrangements.

Notification: If your work is declined by the board you will be notified by phone or email. Work will only be declined if it is deemed offensive by the Board.

Entry Fee: $3.00 each for guild members, $5.00 each for non members, non-refundable, limit 10. Payment link is available on our website (paypal). Checks should be payable to: The Greenville Artist Guild. You may also mail your entry form with fee to: TGAG, 504 W. Spring St., Greenville, IL 62246

Specifications: Limit 10 original artworks in all techniques & mediums. Size: 12” x 12” before

framing. No ceiling installed work. 2D works should be framed, or have clean edge presentation & be ready to hang with tight WIRE across the back.Wires should be located at the top 1/4 of the work. No clip frames allowed. No sawtooth hangers.

Sales: Artists are responsible for their sales. We will send the buyer information to the artist. If you have a venmo account or another electronic payment method, let us know. Please be available for calls or texts during open hours.

Publicity: The Greenville Artist Guild reserves the right to photograph all exhibited works and use submitted artwork photos for exhibit promotion on the web and social media..

Delivery and pick-up: Artwork for the exhibit is to be delivered to the Maves Art Center on Tuesday, Nov 26, 10-12 pm and picked up at the end of the show, Dec 7th, 4 pm Exhibited works may not be removed until Dec 7th. ALL works MUST be removed from the Gallery by Dec 7th. Alternate pickup dates MAY be arranged. Work that is not picked up will become the property of The Greenville Artist Guild.

Deliver: Nov 26, 10-12 pm. Pick up: Dec 7th, at 4 pm.
